Optus
This was a very innovative project for it’s time with Optus developing an integrated application for an end to end platform to automate sales and provisioning with the view to move from Point of Sale to Delivery as quickly as possible.
Project responsibilities were primarily in providing Production Readiness for the P1 Project; a Multi-Platform, Sales, Design and Provisioning system.
This was an Application layer project, however required expertise in infrastructure; end to end connectivity through multiple firewall layers, and messaging MSExchange and IMAP/POP3 service.
Infrastructure included Checkpoint Firewalls and HP servers on Cisco switches.
