An extension to the previous contract, moving totally into the NBN space.
With the Dual Stack of IPv4 and IPv6 now fully deployed and integrated from previous project, focus turns to delivery of infrastructure and application functionality to meet Telstra Bigpond’s commercial commitments to NBN.
This is a major program of work that includes hardware upgrades to the eastern seaboard PoPs, as well as management of stakeholders (inc social media & customer mailout to 1.5Mil+ recipients), resources, budget and timeline for over 150 code drops to the BigPond Authentication, WebServices and Database applications.
The project completed successful, with no impact to customer or front of house grade of service.
