RBS was undergoing some down-sizing and was looking to make more efficient use of the space in it’s corporate head quarter building in Sydney.
Project responsibilities included End to End IT representation spanning Desktop, Data Centre and Server inclusive Exchange and WinNT environments.
The project was driven by organisational restructure, fit-out, infrastructure changes and restack of the floors at the Sydney HQ building.
On completion of project, over 1200 devices were moved (PC’s phones etc) with a 100% success rate.
Printer consolidation was also carried out to reduce the corporate fleet, and the legacy ABN Ambrose Network decommissioned.
Technology elements include Windows Server, MSEXchange and Nokia FW on a Class A Cisco switched network.
Project partner was ITCS who are based in Singapore.
