Optus Network Operations

In conjunction with UXC Consulting, this was an initial short term consulting engagement to provide ITIL assessment of Network Operations' processes.

The Assessment was delivered with content covering the standard ITIL streams of ;

  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Incident Management
  • Configuration Management

This assessment formed an addendum attachment to the main deliverable being a Business Case to support the Transition Phase which would follow in due course.
