Vodafone Hutchison Australia
This was a tumultuous time for Vodafone, as the company had just merged with Hutchison (inclusive 3 which was formerly Orange) and was still transforming internally.
This project sat across two streams; Integration and BSS Enterprise, with duties including management and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects that help move the company from a multi-vendor environment, to a single vendor environment able to perform better with-in the new 4G network.
Projects include Law Enforcement (LEA), EFTPOS upgrade at all Retail stores nationally and decommissioning of legacy Database infrastructure.
