The previous Mac Bank role was about Detailed planning, Business justification and establishment of definition for “Base Infrastructure”.
This phase is a Technical Project Management and Leadership role of the diverse and specialist technical teams including voice and data, in the setup of a Greefield data centre.
This is the implementation phase of the previous architectural role and includes the installation of base infrastructure as well as relocation of the existing network.
The role required direct leadership of 6 project leaders in specialist streams.
